Bad service

My order started off where I was told upon ordering that my order will be delivered on 24 July 2024 only to find out that it was changed to 25 July without any notice.

When I received my order I was surprised with a damaged box and tex chocolate wrappers in the shoe box. This is highly unprofessional and I am just happy that the shoes are not full of chocolate stains.

This is not the first time that this has happened to me.

Support also does not respond to mails.
