Bad service

I ordered a hoodie and asked for delivery at a pick up point. When I received the parcel it was a ladies shirt instead of a mens hoodie. I then said to the lady at the pick up point that the parcel is wrong and she told me I must log a return and I can only bring it back tomorrow as it takes 24 hours for a return to register. So I have to drive twice to the pick up point for something that is not my fault. I then logged the return and wanted to exchange for the item I actually ordered the first time. That item was now sold out. This is pathetic and I will rather use a different online shop in future to avoid disappointment.
