Bad Service

I tracked my order which was due for delivery yesterday , apparently it says it was delivered and signed for but the person was not me because I didn't receive anything .Not even a call upon the delivery as per norm .I called your contact centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Mishka who was helpful to inform me that she will contact the branch that delivered , so the driver can go back and retain the parcel and get it delivered to me .But what's worrisome is that she said is that there is no direct call contact at the branch but they use emails only and she will get back to me as soon as they respond so now how is it possible that you only communicate in emails even during emergencies .I need my parcel , this is an inconvenience to me .
