Bad Service

On 01 Dec 2022 I placed an order for the 1st time with Superbalist.com and I made an R1049 online payment. They sent an email that my order would be delivered on the 6th of Dec. On the 5th of Dec after 16h00 an email comes through advising that my order has been delivered and this was with no communication or them trying to reach me. Till today I have been calling to tell them I have not received any order besides an email telling me my order was delivered. Each time I call them they ask me same questions and tell me they will escalate to the branch, and nothing till today. I tried to query this via Instagram as well and they say they will send me an email which never comes through and all they say I must do is wait. What a Bad 1st time experience from them. I feel they do not even deserve the star I have given them.
