Bad service

I'm not happy with your service . It's so terrible. I placed an order for ten items last week. my order was delivered last Wednesday however there was one item missing inside the package. I called Superbalist o notify them and i was told that the matter will be resolved. I received an email this morning to say my order will be delivered on Thursday or after waiting for 2 days to hear from them. now i'm being told that my order will be delivered on Thursday or Friday which i find so unfair. why should i wait for that long when i wasn't my fault. i feel that this matter should be treated as urgent since they are the ones who left my item behind. it took only 2 days for the new order to be delivered. why should i now wait for a week?
