On 12 Jan 2016 i ordered via the superbalist website. After paying i received an SMS that my goods will be delivered on/before 15 Jan. On the 15th of Jan my goods had still not and did not arrive- when i called the call centre i was told they would call the courier and get back to me, i called back only to be told its close to 5pm and the courier would be closed but they will check and i \might"receive my goods on Monday.
