Bad Service

I have never received such poor service from any of the other online stores,To mention this was my first purchase from superbalist and this is how I am rewarded I am being given the run around by your company, firstly no one delivers on their promises from the staff to the courier company who you assigned to collect my parcel after I complaint about the delivery times/dates I wasted my entire Thursday/Friday waiting for your courier guy to collect my return parcel and this was after I made numerous phone calls to your offices. You have a set SLA for returns which are completely useless. <br> <br> I would like an urgent refund to be made into my account as I would not want to do business with your company and I will make sure everyone get to hear of the terrible service I was put thru by your company its an absolute nightmare.<br> <br> I still have the parcel 7 days later no one even bothered calling me to give me an explanation. <br> <br>
