Bad service

I purchased a sandal which was too small. I requested a return as it clearly states free returns if the item is in the condition it was delivered. The delivery fee of R60 was deducted. The consultant doesn't understand free returns means and says it wasn't at my cost. By deducting the R60 from my refund means I've had to pay for the item being returned. And it was returned the very next day
