Bad service

Very disappointing service, call centre keeps on promising to get back and they don't. Everytime I call them, they have a different reason for the order I've been waiting for, it's been two weeks by the way. First they said I received the parcel, second they are going to follow up with the courier which I never received the feedback, third the parcel has been returned to DC because it is damaged; this morning there's still no way forward as to what they are going to do with the issue and they put me on hold until I run out R60 worth of airtime
