Bad Service

I just wanted to share my experience with dealing with your company for the first time.

I ordered an item from your website on Friday the 26th of April. When i reached the "checkout" Stage, i realized that you offer next day delivery for an extra fee which i then added to the final bill. The next day, on the 27th of April at about 15:00 i then received a SMS stating that my order will be delivered between before 7PM on that day. I cleared my entire schedule for the rest of that day and waited at home for the delivery. At 18:45 i received a call from an agent at the "Take Alot delivery centre". I cant remember who i spoke to however he assured me that the driver is in the Discovery area and will be with me shortly. I live in Davidsonville and as per Google maps, the travel time should not have taken longer than 13 to 15 minutes at that time. I called the number back at 19:31 and when i questioned when the package will be arriving. I was advised that the driver is now in the Little Falls area. When i questioned the agent on why the parcel was not delivered like advised, the answer i got was: "i dont know why the driver went there." I was still assured that my parcel will arrive. At 20:07 i received an SMS stating that they tried delivering the parcel but could not, so they will have to reschedule. They also provided me with a link to track the parcel and when i clicked on it, i found the reason logged for the delivery not happening was as follows.

"We tried to deliver your order today, but couldn’t. Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule."

Now these are my issues: 1) I was lead to believe that i will be receiving my parcel before a specific time. 2) I waited for a few hours for the delivery. 3) I was promised twice via telephone that i will still receive the parcel on that day. 4) When the delivery was rescheduled, the blame was shifted to me when i WAITED at home the ENTIRE F***ing time for your Driver.

The parcel was finally delivered TODAY and the next day delivery fee was refunded into my "wallet" on your website. I was already inconvenienced, and seemingly pointed out as the cause of the delivery not happening and that is unacceptable.

I'm not sure if i will use this service again.
