Bad Service

I logged a return with superbalist and they confirmed that a courier will come on friday the 27th of December however no one came. I queried on Saturday and on Sunday they advised that their courier guy will come on Monday the 30th. l again spent the day at home and l needed to go to the doctor because l am sick but no one came. What kind of sick game are you playing? Can you please send someone to come and this time advise of the time as l wont spent the day waiting for you for the 3rd time.
