Bad service

Hi I ordered from these guys a week ago and I was promised that I would get my stuff before the 30 of may and on my order I could trace where the order is at, they didn’t deliver as promised I started send emails to them didn’t get a clear answer. Got their contact details today phoned them a lady answered and was very helpful and told me I would get a call from her to inform me of the status of my order. A guy by the name of Lincoln who phoned me back and told me that they are not goin to deliver my package today and was very rude to me I asked for his name and surname and he told me that he was not goin to give me his surname I then asked for a refund because they didn’t deliver what I bought he told me he is not goin to do so.

I’m very disappointed and ****ed by this company I want a refund and I want it back now.

Never again will I ever use this stupid company.
