Bad service

So I bought items online on 7th January 2018 paid amount in their account 9 January 2018 They have a turn around time of 5 days to pay for your order or it willbe cancelled. Order date was 07/01/2018 paid 09/01/2018 and even paid extra banking fees for them to get money the same day.I sent them proof of payment on 09/01/2018 and im still awaiting my items.My order was cancelled due to their incompetency.I have since corresponded with 3 consultants and still nothing. I keep getting reference numbers mxm!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable by far!!!!!
