Bad service!

First and last time purchasing anything from Superbalist.com , I received an sms on Friday 8th of May, informing me that my order will be delivered before 5pm on May the 11th. Today is the 14th of May, still no delivery, I can’t get assistance to let me know what is going on with my order. I’m upset
