Bad service

I placed an order on 2nd December, I received an email stating that should I not pay within 5 working days my oder will be cancelled. I went to make a payment some time last week but there was no electricity, I made a payment today at an ATM, payment not reflecting and my oder has been cancelled. Don't tell me about your finance department I want the dress or my money back. I also placed an order for a size 7 Shoe, I wanted a 6 but it was out of stock now it's available and when I ask them to amend it for me because size 7 was on special They are refusing. You are ripping people off. Why is it so difficult for you guys to do a simple thing. I am so disappointed, I will never buy from this shop!
