Bad service

<p>I bought shoes on the 23rd of this month, received an sms that they will be delivered on Friday, Friday i received an sms saying that they will delivered on Monday, same thing happened on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday i received a call from courier company asking me to come fetch the shoes 2 streets away from where I stay because he does not know where I stay, I gave him direction, he did not come, i decided to call the guy to ask how far, he was like I am gone and I won't be coming back, I told him that I am going to report you because you have no right to do that he was like go ahead its your fault, how is it my fault? I called him again asking if he will come back or not he dropped the call and decided to switch off the phone, I always buy at superbalist but lately I have to write a review before I can get my oder. I am so disappointed. I will never buy from this company again. </p>
