Bad service

I am super annoyed with Superbalist. I have bought many items from them before and have never had this issue. I ordered on the 27 November and I was supposed to receive my order on Friday the 2nd and I got an sms that it was delayed but will be delivered on Saturday but nothing. Then again they promised to deliver on Monday the 5th but they didn't and when I track my order they say they tried to deliver but no one was at home, which is not true as I work from home and they didn't call me. They promised to deliver on Wednesday but no delivery again and Chante.T is not responding to my emails anymore. Today I spoke to Raees.B and hope he would be able to assist.
