Bad service

Bad experience one of my refund got lost and no one is paying attention to that evrytime I'm calling superbalist they keep on sending me a short screen of proof payment but i also sent them my bank statement to check that i did not receive this refund what so funny i received other two refunds but this one i did not receive they telling to call my bank which i did my bank told me to withdraw a bank statement and send it to superbalist who is fault here it's superbalist instead of checking their system they keep on send me short screen of proof of payment 😡😡😡
