Bad returns/exchange experience

Bad returns/exchange experience. Ordered several sneakers on 18th September, then I logged a return some of them and these were duly collected on the 26th September. However, to my shock, the collection tracking indicated they had not received these items a week after collection. I called to follow up and was assured that they had received the items and just need to inspect the items before processing the refund/exchange. To my annoyance, both the inspection and the refund processing have yet to happen for over a month since collection despite several follow-ups. I am now beyond annoyed, out of patience and can't take the constant excuses & delays. I am proper ****ed off with the BS and horrific service. I don't need platitudes and apologies for inconveniences caused. Just process the ****** refund request or return the goods purchased.
