Bad quality products
<p>I purchased a pair of shoes from Superbalist.com and after wearing it a few times the shoe colour faded and the sole separated from the shoe. Extremely frustrated that they refuse to do anything about the shoe as they say I have worn it.</p>

Our Operations Specialists have reviewed the pictures and due to them being worn and the damage occurred they have advised that the pumps look like they have been damaged due to wear and tear and not quality.

Without a quality assessment how can you be certain? Those shoes barely lasted 4 months. There is no way they were worn everyday to be in the condition that they are in. It is due to quality and you refuse to take responsibility.
