Bad quality of the service and product!!!

I bought a pair of Miss Black ladies brogue shoes in August 2021 for almost R500 (normal price R600). I've hardly worn the shoe as I mostly wore takkies to the office and then summer came so I didnt wear it at all. The shoe is practically brand new. The shoe's colour is coming off.

Superbalist will not exchange the shoes as they say that it's past its warranty. I have R50 pumps that I've bought at Pep Store that have lasted longer than this. Superbalist and Miss Black should be embarrassed at the quality of the service and product!!!
