Bad quality

I purchased a dress and wore it only once, washed it and then packed it since it’s a more like a winter dress. So I take it out the closet now that it’s autumn , to my surprise the belt is broken. It’s a wrap dress so you need the actual belt to hold the dress together ☹️.
