Bad quality

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Superbalist, and the item certainly was not cheap. It had arrived on the Thursday and I literally worn them twice (yes they got a bit dirty under the shoe) but they started cracking and the leather had started to peel - after wearing them for two days straight?!? I sent in a query to Superbalist and had asked them for a solution to this problem and they advised me to return the shoes. I told the adviser that this will not help as I had already worn them and I know for a fact they will not replace them. He went ahead anyway and requested the delivery for a return.

I have spoken to 2 different employees already on the matter, and they told me to patient and wait for a refun/exchange and now I have received a response telling me the request has been denied and the sneakers will be returned to me within 48 hours.

I understand this process but I am very unhappy with the quality of the shoe I purchased (and I have collected a numerous amount of sneakers over the past few years, none of which have started cracking and peeling within 2 days of me wearing them. I take care of my sneakers very well and they have lasted me a very long time) and now I have an issue with these that no one can help me with.

I do not accept Superbalist returning them to me because of the quality. Any other store would have taken them back aand either given me a full refund or would have willingly exchanged them for a different pair.
