Bad quality

I exchanged a Rayban purchased here as the box was filthy. Item was not satisfactory. I logged an exchange and the new one was sent to me. The new one has what seems to be paint or something on the pencils. I have logged another exchange and sent pics today as soon as received the item. THEIR quality control is terrible and someone should inspect items sent. Packers are useless as they so not inspect exchange items to make sure the customer receives good new items. It seems this will be my last purchase with them TERRIBLE QUALITY OD PRODUCTS!!@
