Bad poor refund service

Good day,

i ordered a shoe 8 May 2023, order number ***2 and logged a return of this shoe 10 May 2013 and order number was ***3. i sent about 10 email regarding the collection of this shoe and finally it was collected. After quering about the refund the shoe was returned to me, why i have no clue. this shoe is still with me . i have logged a complaint on email, Facebook , Twitter and Instagram but no one is willing to assist. I want thi shoe collected and my refund ASAP.
