Bad express delivery service

What on earth is happening with your delivery system these days?I do not understand why I pay for express delivery, yet my delivery has not arrived! In fact my delivery has been rescheduled to before 7pm. There was a reason why I chose express delivery. I am boarding a plane tonight at 7 and therefore I need my goods to be here by 5pm as advertised upon payment. I am appalled by the service. Express delivery means fast not when you feel like it! Please get the delivery guy to contact me asap!
