Bad experience so far, would not recommend it at all.

Many messages here saying how Superbalist is efficient and great, I would like to someone to share with me a contact there, to try to solve my issue!

I made an order that could not be delivered because the courier tried to do it on a day different from the agreed.

I received an email from them saying that my SUPERBALIST DELIVERY FOR ORDER ******24 HAS BEEN CANCELLED... That they would refund the amount and that I am welcome to place your order again. But the point here is that this is not acceptable or fair: But the point here is that this is not acceptable or fair: they made a mistake on the delivery. And now, if I have to order again, would have to pay more since the itens are more expensive.

I am trying for 2 days to contact them, but no one from Superbalist Concierge answers requests from the 'Get in touch with us', the emails are not delivered and when I try to call the number they inform on the website ***) a recorded message informs me the send a message through 'Get in touch with us'....
