Bad exchange experience

I am absolutely angry and disappointed in their return process, they sold me the wrong size shoe I wear a 3 and they sold me a 6 I returned and they told me the shoe is dirty because it had dust at the bottom and I asked them how was i supposed to fit the shoes they didn’t respond they just sent the courier with the shoe but didn’t even give him the address
