BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

Im a huge fan of superbalist online shopping

but there delivery Via MRD Express courier is pathetic i ordered something on Monday i got a message saying my parcel will be delivered on Thursday before 5pm. i then received another message later on Thursday saying my parcel was delivered to me but i haven't received no parcel. theres no contact details to contact the courier company to find out whats happening nothing. i then contacted superbalist customer care to see if they could resolve my problem. As i need my parcel for the upcoming weekend.
