Bad delivery service

Purchased goods eary morning before 6:30am hoping to get them either latest weekend since it's my birthday on the 27th. They said my delivery is scheduled for the 25th however they didn't deliver still again today and they telling they won't deliver even on the 27th. They say they have delays in which aren't and weren't disclosed to me. Been loyal to them but right I'm disappointed
