BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

On the 24th Feb I placed an order, not knowing our company is closing down and that it would be my last day at work, I gave the work address, I then emailed superbalist before the parcel was dispatched asking if they could change it, a day later they rep**** to my email saying they can't, why is it so difficult just to change the address, why do I now have to cancel my order then re order and add the correct address WHY??? IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDE??? JUST TO CHANGE A SIMPLE WAYBILL TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, WHY DO I HAVE TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU.

Thank you for reaching out. As your order has already been systematically placed, the system automatically generates a queue for delivery as per the estimated time of arrival. A waybill has been printed and assigned with your original delivery address.

To change this, we have to rely on couriers to edit the waybill manually (i.e. to hand-write your new address over the printed waybill) which we cannot adhere to. This may result in a delay, misdelivery or in some cases, loss of your order. However, it would be best to rather find someone who is available at your original delivery address to collect it upon delivery.

Alternatively, we can reschedule for a date that you will be available within the next 3 days, or we can cancel the order so that you can re-order at the correct address.
