Bad customer service

I ordered shoes, it was a problem getting them but finally I was able to place an order. Finally I received the message that I can go collect. I saw the box and I knew immediately that is not what I ordered. The package was way too small to fit a pair of shoes. Called them and they told me there was an error from the packaging warehouse and they'll send a driver to collect the incorrect item delivered. Patient me took their word and waited for the so called driver. Even made arrangements with the security where I stay to be around for the driver when he comes to collect but nothing. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for this so called driver to collect the incorrect item that was delivered. Moreover a refund cannot even be processed until they've collected the parcel.

I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency and terrible customer service that I keep on encountering everytime when I call the customer care. I'm so over Superbalist and their unprofessional service agents. I just want my money back!!!
