Bad Customer Service

I purchased several items (two orders), however returned all due to sizes. They refunded me for one order in full and on the second order only for one item. After several emails to customer care, someone called Ethel H responded to my query and informed me that this would be escalated to Finance, I am still waiting for a response since the 2nd December 2022. My account on the Superbalist site shows my returned item and a refund is due. I called these numbers *** and ***) both numbers just rings yet they state their office hours are from 7am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) but by 5pm no one picks up and random calls to them just goes unanswered. Very POOR customer service.
