Bad customer service

I'm so annoyed!!! I placed an order on the 9th of May for collection the 14th of May. The reason why I chose to pick up the order because their delivery service was only for a week later. Today is the 17th I still did not receive confirmation that my order is ready and on top of that one of my items were cancelled without communication it was just cancelled. What's worse is calling the call centre where you hold for 10 -15mins then the call gets dropped😡😡
