Bad customer service

I placed an Order for a perfume( order no ***1) and selected to deliver to my previous address. The system didn't prompt me to confirm delivery address or I will be unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. I sent an email requesting to change the delivery address and the agent said she unable to do it's against their company policy and system procedures. The agent didn't want me to speak to the manager.

I will not be ordering from superbalist again. Bad customer service. I will order from other online platform that goes the extra mile to assist customers like takealot.

I cannot believe a simple change in a way bill cannot be made!!!!
