bad customer service

Please stay away from superbalist they have the worst customer service ever. All they want is your money but when they have to deliver its an issue and they dont care. They make empty promises about your delivery date and never show up. When you call their customer care its like they were trained to give you attitude on something that you have already paid for. But if you buy something on cash on deliver they will come first in the morning to collect the money. worst customer service ever.
