Bad Customer Service

I placed an order last week Friday and expected to receive delivery of goods yesterday. After numerous enquiries with the support I still haven’t received response regarding my order. I received an sms last night indicating that my order was lost in transit but no one has called me since to advise regarding way forward. What annoys me is that I am Moving from my current address and should I not receive my order by tomorrow then I’m going to encounter more delivery problems
