Bad customer service

I ordered goods and paid for on the 15th June, my delivery was for the 17th June. On the 17th at 12:35 I got a call from their delivery guy confirming my address and he also confirmed the delivery to be for the 17th, however he returned with my order without notifying me. My order was rescheduled for the 21st June and never delivered, reschedule again for the 22nd June and still not delivered.

Am annoyed by this nonsense cause now am waiting for goods I paid for and not received
