Bad communication when trying to find out about your order

I bought two items on black Friday, I received a notification saying that my order will be out on Monday, during the day I get a notification saying

"13:58 Mon 29 Nov We tried to deliver your order today, but couldn't. Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll"

then after I receive a notification saying

"16:39 Mon 29 Nov Delivered"

At that time I have not received anything, I'm trying to call them ***) but I hold for 15min and my call gets cut
