Bad call center that waists airtime

Contacted the call center and spoke to ***an Shane if that's his real name and his team leader is not at better. He put me on hold for 8 minutes to tell me that my order would be delivered before 5pm (which it says on the sms) but why am upset is because I said in the beginning of the call if he could find out what time exactly I would be getting the delivery because I have things to do... Thanks superbailist but your customer care is not up to scratch.
