Bad Business

I ordered a shoe a month ago and it was suppose to be delivered at my work place at Isono company but it was delivered at the wrong address but same name then my order was canceled due to that now when I request for my refund they keep on telling me stories that I should wait for an email it's been 3weeks now busy calling them for a follow up about my refund but the still telling stories and I want my money back my order number is ***8 I'm very disappointed and angry at the same time I thought refund takes 3-5 working days but no for me it's it's almost a month now from the 29th of October till Date waiting for my ****** ****en money
