Bad Bad Bad Service

I have been buying from superbalist way before they merged with Spree , I have never been this disappointed with their overall service, to the extent that I have decided to STOP buying from them . I will rather buy directly from the shops that I normally bought from at superbalist. It was convenient buying from them because I could buy different brands all in under one roof , but that doesn't matter now, I would rather buy directly from those store than to ever buy from superbalist.
