Bad bad bad service

I’ve never experienced such *********** service in my life. Ordered an item on the 30th of Oct and returned it on the same day due to a wrong size. They collected the item on the 2nd of November... and I’m STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I will NEVER shop there again.
