BAD BAD BAD!!!!

Sick upset about the service i got! This is not my first time supporting this bussines but defn the last time! I am waiting 2 week now for my refund and still no response or info from them! I placed a order forgot to change adress. I send emails and request on App to courier it to correct adress. No response! I got a email order was delivered at wrong adress. I phoned them to ask will they assist first the lady was snotty and said she will get back to me up till now not one phone call! I arrange with my friend to collect i arrange with the Security Manager to help me no problem then after 10min got a phone call from Security manager TakeAlot came back took my parcell without anyone from Superbalist informing me this??? So then i send emails on emails on emails for a refund NO REPLY on my request! I then phoned them last week asking what is going on the lady said my parcell was in transit 20/5/2021 to the wearhouse once it is scanned i will get my refund! So till now no refund! I phoned 24/5/2021 phone lines were disconnected! Send emails NO REPLY!! I phond 25/5/2021 AGAIN to hear a diff story!! Really Superbalist??? Never again you are not trusted!!!
