Backwards business

I somehow had the wrong address twice on 2 superbalist parcels, I contacted them and their response is that it has to be returned and refunded because they can't change addresses. This must be the most ridiculous business practice I've ever seen. Why wouldn't you correct an address and instead want to refund the client and lose the business when I have advised you the same day I purchased?
