Awful Service

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter on Friday the 07.06.2019 from Superbalist , as there was a 35% off voucher Sale . I tried numerous times to make payment via payfast with no luck . I had to then do manual EFT , and was prompted to send proof of payment to a particular dedicated email address . Which I did . this morning I get an email that my order was cancelled . As payfast only allows 6 hours to effect payment . I then called the call center to explain the difficulties with trying to make payment with pay fast . I was told that there is nothing they can do . I must just wait for the payment to reflect on their statements . and a refund will be done afterwards . I had asked due to my difficulties if the order can be reinstated . I was told no . if I want the sneakers at must order it at the full price . extremely unhelpful service . I had initially placed the order because of the discount . how I explain this to a little child .
