Awful experience, terrible service

Purchase made for over a few thousand, which included a perfume, so not a small investment. The perfume was faulty, logged a call for it's return, and the response is to see the small print - really for a faulty item? Cannot get past the feeling that they knew the item sold was faulty and now are basically saying haha - got you! So an ************* business not honouring their products.
