Awful experience, just trying to get a desk

Ordered a desk from superbalist On Friday 27 Sept. Delivery was supposed to be on Thursday 3 October. I waited all day and nothing arrived, I had to call client concierge to find out delivery would only take place on Friday 4 October. I asked them to keep.me updated in terms of time so I don't waste my time waiting again, they didn't bother but the desk arrived around 13:00 on 4 October, so not too bad, except the desk was full of scratches and damage and generally looked like it was in terrible condition, not what I paid for. I called to find out what my options were and was told to take pictures and log a return/exchange. I have heard nothing after that and am expecting this to turn into a long, outdrawn process just to get a damn desk.
