Awful Customer Service

I made a purchase on the 24th of August and the purchase went off twice on my account. I have been trying to get a refund for one of those payments as advised by my bank and it has been the worst experience EVER! I ordered mugs as well that arrived shattered, Superbalist has been nothing but horrible. I will never use this service again!
