Awesome service

<p>I logged a return with Superbalist and when they came to fetch it from our security guard, it had already been picked up. Unknown to me my brother had also logged a return but with Spree who didn't alert him as to when they were coming. Nonetheless my return was picked up from Spree and then the trouble started for a bit over two weeks. No feedback, no explanations, just radio silence which wa so annoying! I had to pay for Spree to return my parcel and finally I got it. The next day Superbalist fetched it and my refund is in the process. Such great service! Thank you guys. </p>
